Frequently Asked Questions


Question: What do I do if I lost my access code?

Answer: Send a customer service ticket to helpdesk@mceducation.com along with details and receipt of purchase.


Question: What if I changed phone or reinstalled the app and all the readers are locked?

Answer: After you reinstall the app, simply use the same access code and same email address again to unlock.


Question: I have 2x access code for the exact same books, if I redeem, will it add on the subscription?

Answer: No it will not. Under such scenarios, use the 2nd access code only after the 1st has expired.


Question: Can I change email address after the first time?

Answer: No, you are unable to.


Question: Can I redeem the access code using different email addresses each time I reinstall the app?

Answer: No, you can’t. The same access code will be tied to the email address you used the first time.


Question: If I have 3x access codes, 1 for each level. Can I redeem all of them at the same time?

Answer: Yes, you can. After which, you can use the buttons at the top right of the App to toggle between levels.
